Nice early sail at wello on the high tide with Bisek then some of the others turned up later.

Wind really started to crank in later in the arvo as the tide was dropping.

4 days stralght sailing again gee its been a good season so far.

Lake Weyba, QLD, AU.started off on 7.8switchblade/JP130/select37 at about 8.15am, only did 57Nm before harness broke, had to go home for spare, went back out again but lasted an hr & had to come in to change down to 6.8switchblade/Carve111/V-max35. Couldnt get comfortable run in, the wind was so gusty & oscillating 10 times each run S/SE-E/SE 0-25kts, was not enjoying it all so came in

Got down with the late shift as wind filled in rigged for wind but soon became a handfull as wind was touching 30kts making it very choppy.

You were right Phil to much east for the Grand to be any good. Spewin all my good alphas were too wide. Think Brad

Arrived early at wello, text Glynn & Vando wind was average 18 knts but during the morning session it sat around 16 - 18 knts with a few gust close to 20 knts. After lunch it realy picked up - 20 ~ 25 knts with gust peaking 28 knts , taking readings at the boat ramp.

Had a nice session with Vando out at the back with good size swells, I managed to get 31.5 on the IS97 with NP Evo.4 7.0 - Bp 35cm. It got a bit scary with the 7.0 and pushing down wind.

Changed to my IS80L - 5.8 RS 29cm Select for a final speed run , hit a rope and water. It was time to call it a day, Nice day.

went down early to get a park, good session with some of the team, wind really kicked in later, got overpowered on the 6.8

Only put the 6.3 in the car planning a quick sail. Arrived at the train and it was looking fairly average but wind slowly built and even managed a few runs on the speed board. Great sail but more kites than Wello made it difficult to get a clean run. Still managed a few U turns in between the crowd.
