What a fantastic day on Lake C. The longest runs I ever remember . Nice 6 km stratch , wholy powered all the time.

Couldn't catch up Curt, Phil or Hanno on NM so at least get my revenge on distance, and only 10 km short of Phil's daily work out.
We need be back to do 200k next time Cool
