99/6.2/34Z/134-5 Too much fin turns out, had to slide MT fwd to 135 to keep control. Silly. 2/33.25/10/31.1/@21.0
99/6.2/31HR/132.5 OK, not as nice as Zfin, faster but less control and trim in chop. Noticeablely firmer ride with stiff HR v Z. flatwater fin. 2/34.01/10/32.68/@23.99.
56/6.2/31HR/131 , 56 feels more speedboard than slalom board, slower on all points of the wind except deep off wind, harder to trim flat in chop and doesn't float over chop like 99. Back Heels dragging a bit. Directional control less, nose moves around. Faster off wind than 99 but everything else worse. Flat water board. 2/35.59/10/34.52/@23.04
56/6.2/32Z/131 much nicer fin for slalom and chop, softer ride, better trim and gybing. made the 56 feel a little more slalom board, although still no 99. Bear off Speed definately dropped off with Zfin. Probably didnt get a good gybe so no conclusion about alpha. 2/33.58/10/32.54/@22.02
99/6.2/32Z/132.5 awesome, great board, love it, wonder why i need any smaller board in the bay? 32Z was perfect, heaps of grip, upwind good, gybe nice, perfect combo. Fast and nice to ride. This is the go to 6.2 weather combo in the bay. tried lots of alphas this combo, so should be best @. 2/35.23/10/34.49/@24.22
