Ordinary forecast, looked weak, rigged 7.7 & big board but it was actually a ripper & for the 1st hour or so a 6.6 & 80 litres would have been excellent. Dropped off a bit when Pugs came out, What is it with nor easters these days, they seem to be peaking early arvo & dropping as it gets later. 7.7, RS3, 28 weedy.

CA70 and 7.7m, Then Isonic 90 and 6.3m. Surprising unforecast strong NE. After the disasters of the last two days I was keen to rig big, so went out on the 7.7m. But the wind was getting pretty strong so switched down two sizes to 6.3. Lots of chop and wild water and not much wind over at the islands. But loads of fun with Hugh, Greg, Byron, Lajos, Gert and a few others.
