GPS was losing satelites alot again, sure I did more km than that... Started off a bit light but soon was getting well over powered for the chop out wide, bit of back pain after trying to hold it down in gybe that went wrong so retired early. Shannon held down 8.6 somehow, impressive sailing!! Good to get some solid wind even though it was a bit gusty.

The bay was a millpond when i arrived at 3pm. Only Shannon was going on his big gear. The beacon were all green and the wind was forecast to build so I took the chance and rigged the 7.0. By the time I hit the water the wind was 20+ and everyone was coming to change down to 6.2s. The Warp 7 behaved brilliantly in the overpowered conditions. The run was pretty bumpy, but flattened out a bit after 5pm at low tide. Another top 10 MBM day

Well done Tony.
I did try to follow your trail to get closer to this magic speed but landed on the shallow.

Amazing and risky at out pond to fly over thouse sandbanks full speed.
