Quite a windy Easterly for this late in the season. Great to see lots of sailors out doing battle with the elements.
The tide was very low due to the wind and high pressure. It made for two really nice speed strips. The faster for me was the run back towards the Launch on Starboard Tack. I just didn't get the gusts going the other way, but the the Port tack was flatter.
It's great to get some real speed sailing winds and session again.
The Garmin FT255M said 40.28 for the 2 secs but both the Motions said just 40, so thats what it was.
Kato and Kempster were very fast today.
