Dave Morehead (30954km):  6 categories       Port Sorell, TAS, AU iSonic 67 | M4 Overdrive 7.0 | Tribal Weedspeed 31 Forecast was for 25-30 knots, but just wasn't happening so i rigged the 67 again with the 31 weedspeed and thought I'd try out the 7.0m compared to the 7.8m that I've been using for the last few sails. I had been spinning out a bit with the 7.8 and 31 and 35 Tribal Weedspeeds on that board, but the gear all felt very locked in today, so I think I was just overloading the fins with the 7.8 on that board? Definitely no issue with the fins, the board or the sails, just me needing to get everything balanced when bearing off!! The weather went from poor (12 degrees) to terrible (thunder and lightning, and rain that felt like hail) and then OK (cold but sun shining). Don't you love sailing in TAS!
