An early start leaving the speedboard at home in what turned out to be one of the best pond sessions. Happy to see Ant get some great speeds with Boz and Dan.

Probably the best I’ve seen the bank with a SE, great sesh with Ant, Woody, Pos and late arrival Slow boat who still managed to send a few screamers, warricle came down for moral support and Rob from the Mob went out to play in the chop, Gloria rocked up we tried to convince her to go into no man’s land the Pond as it was fairly flat. Good to have some power at the local, good luck Rondog 50 knots on the beacon stay safe👍

Lovely bit of power today at the unamed place with Ant, Woody, Boz and later on with Slowie. Started out on the CA48 + 5.8 P7 AC2, 25cm Tribal SpWd. Mistakenly switched to the trusty Windtech 57SB and then it booted so missed my 40..... again! Thanks for the tips Woody on the speed run. Will keep working on it!

4 hours ago Glory Holes, Australind, WA, AU. Left it until the arvo to get some flat water, but to no avail. Still Choppy conditions and by then, sketchy wind.Rigged Iso54/SCR5.8 hoping for better things but should have rigged 99l board and 6.3. Good to be out with Tom, Steve and a couple of lads from Marge's.

That was so much fun with me mate , who had a 4.0wave sail on a 92l isonic
It was brutal with 50kn gusts and choppy condition at first. Then tide droppped quickly and the speed increased.
It was only a very small window untill it started to became draggy and the speed dropped again.
Lucky that epic wind stayed up for the whole session.

Late start, happy to take the dregs over nothing hahaha. Rigged 6.2m Rapid 57/98 and 25 G10 asy. First run at 12:30, was good fun but a lot of standing around even with the bigger gear. Was tempted to head back and get the 128L slalom board. I did get a few cruisy squirts here and there. Two small rain squalls came through but they had no wind in them. DOH. Was getting too on and off so called it and sailed back through the gap no probs- little gust arrived at just the right time. As I was starting to pack up it booted stronger and steadier than the whole time I was in there. Pete and Gloria convinced me to have another crack so put the harness back on and sailed up to the pond... only for it to fade so I sailed back and called it quits. Good to catch up with the crew! Not many good days for wind this winter so I'll count this one as great :)
