Foil session on a North Easter rising tide. It looked like 12knots from shore but was stronger out on the water reaching 15 - 16 kts at times and maybe more. Enough for a fin, and gusty at times and a few big holes in the wind in the middle of the bay. I was overcooked on the 4.8m2 sail and could have dropped to a 4.4m2 sail.
