iS97, 7.0 RBlade, 37 Lockwood-McD - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU SE 13-18kn

Felt a little doughy from last night's festivities and kept stuffing my port to starboard step gybes in close.  Not really enough to go broad and wind line seemed to be a fair way out so there was some slogging in close to beach.  Nice to get wet none the less.

Lake Tinaroo, QLD, AU

Met Ian & Andrew up at the dam for a sail- early morning wind reports were up and both lads got out on the water earlier.  Arrived at midday to see them both derigging with disappointment in their eyes... the wind had dropped out Frown

After a bit of a gas bag, the wind seemed to pick up a tad, so decided to rig big and try my luck. Wind ended up just being a tease...  Lots of floating around with the odd short gust.  Polar opposites to yesterday's full on conditions at GI.

Fortunately the beautiful sunny day made up for some of it.  Holloway's may have been the better option by the looks...

Used "Big Woody" Futura 124, Severne OD 8.6, Venom 48

Bloody GT31 battery finally died, hopefully I can still ressurect it. Still had a great late afternoon bump and jump sesh on the first of the incoming tide. Cold Southerly breeze was gusting 12 to 20, water still warmish water, a few nice ramps, some sweet gybes. Aside from the jellyfish plague and the lack of company it was a fun arvo. Fanatic FSW 113, ezzy 6.5, BP 35 fin.

Just what the doctor ordered Snags, a nice clean session out on the blue. Nice one.

B2 - a classic warm down session mate, Two Thumbs Up.
