Heaps of wind & relatively flat water by GI standards Session ended abruptly with my back foot slipping out of the strap followed by a catapult through the sail & into something hard-boom/mast ?? & subsequent total amnesia ...not good . I somehow made it back to shore but have no recollection of how . Time to rest & rethink the helmet issue ...!! Ian Fox was flying on the Iso 97 7m2 overdrive combination . Hopefully Toody got us an alpha -I think thats what we were chasing today ...
