Green Island, QLD, AU  Awesome strong wind day saiing in Far North Tropical Paradise with Dr Cam & our Sydneysider friend Al Jamar who's taken up residency for a few days on the Island.

Breeze was a tad ballistic to start off with at high tide which made for one of the most hair raising NM attempts I've ever had a crack at ending in no other option but to point back upwind towards the end.

Perservered for a few more runs over the top paddock patiently waiting for the tide to drop before batwinging it back to the island.

Quick break, then it was on for the speed run!  Super stoked to rack up a few numbers and catch the lucky gust for the day!!!

I must sincerely thank Dr Cam again for the lend of his Tribal 27 SW which I teamed up with the JP Slalom 88lt 60W & the ol' Severne 6.2 OD R4.

GI the gift that keeps on giving!!! Cool

Green island FNQ Gear Evo 12 6.6 FMX 88l slalom Tribal SW 29  .Wind 20-30 knots SE-SSE-ESE .Retreating tide .

Sailed with Bennie Mccarthy who again looked sharp ..!!

Sailed with 3 different devices today but could only extract Data of the Gt 31 .The GW 60 had a 39.2 on the dial .

Great fun but speeds again limited by chop .

Happens a lot on the isialnd but just as the water flattened out today the wind dropped back to 21-23 knots -agghhhrrrr ...!!!

I think Bennie will win the day with his numbers today -well done !!Cool
