dr cam (40798km):  3 categories    Green Island, QLD, AU Great day on the Island in 22-28 knots SE & neap tides .Gear Jp 60 w slalom 2019 /E 11 6.4 Tribal speed delta 20 then tribal SW 27. Caught the 1030 boat over & arrived to find Kel already had a 40.9 on the dial .Go Kel ..!! Tide had just changed so water level was perfect but wind was just lacking by 2-3 knots . Tried & tried to go faster but kept hitting the wall at around 39.5 . Got lucky twice so finally made it to 40 knots -first time for 2021 ..!! Trojan (8193km):  Mackay, QLD, AU Managed a quick session after work with Phil. Totally misjudged the breeze, rigged 5.3m on the 105 Fox as it was wall to wall whitecaps. By the time we got on the water it was obvious it was already fading and 6.5 would have been the go. No time to swap rigs so perservered and eventually resorted to putting Phils rig on my board to get going. Nice out there regardless. | ||||||||||||||||||
